I lost my calculator
. I have another one at home I asked my mom to send up, but it's an 83+ so things are gonna be moving even more slowly than usual.
Hopefully I can find it...

this sucks, that's why I always kept it in my pocket at school so no one take it while I'm not paying attention to it.

w00t! New progress! And I hope your friend likes ASM and continue coding it and hopefully make some games. If you bring him here please let him know about the board rules though, because most people here use TI-BASIC and we do not allow any form of bigotry. I say that because of bad experiences I got with ASM programmers in the TI community before

I started working on this again earlier this week. Nothing really to share yet, but hopefully there will be soon.

Phew I was worried about this project too
, since you said you would resume work soon. I think you should go with a smaller game though for your first RPG, or at least a demo with less planned features acting as a full game, then later maybe make a bigger one, because RPGs can be hard to finish, especially near the end. WHen they are incredibly long it is harder to find bugs and we get a bit bored near the end of the project and want to start a new RPG
Don't give up though

Yeah, the thing is I lost my math notebook from last year. It has all the maps and story in it, so I'm gonna have to redo that this week (I remember most of it, but there's gonna be some changes I think).
After that I'm gonna install Celtic III, and code in all the maps.
I'm wondering if I should do the basic combat system first so I can add the enemies as I do that, as opposed to a later date which may be difficult.

Well I would consult kevin about that, he has made many combat/rpg combat systems. Sorry to hear of the lost of maps, maybe it will be for the better! Good luck bro

Yeah, but the snow effect is only used in the northern portion of the map.
