Retrix is a 3 page flash app in the works.
It's a game like a cross between puyo puyo, tetris, eitrix, and Dr. Robotinik's mean bean machine.
and you can see two 8x15 screens at once. and also you can see 25 different bosses and crap like that.
so much to say, not enought ime to say it (i'm lazy even with time)
so discuss. I think it's in a pre pre pre pre Alpha form right now. so no demo or screenie. sorry
only DJ knows the exact specs atm and I intend to keep it that way until I have some moar progress.
Just think of it for now as "the most fun and large and completely fun version of tetris possible for calcs without adding in a 3D shooter mode".

I can't wait for screenshots. Make sure to fill the game with lots of cool features, though, so people are willing to use 49 KB instead of for example Ztetris. Good luck!

I plan on the features to be so good that besides graphics it would compare to most arcade and NES/genesis tetris-like games

I agree with DJ, try and make this as best as possible, since there are a lot of tetris games already

I'm hoping to make mine put the others to shame
just got block movement working today, next just rotations and crap like that, then shapes made recognition

rotations and movements and collisions check, now just finding a way to detect shapes
not easy I'm sure
anyways I also need to sprite some bosses.

atm I'm stuck on making a shape recognizing algorithm -- though I have a hunch on how to do it. It might take all weekend to code though O.o

I plan to continue with this once I unbrick my calc tonight or tomorrow night
but yeah, the piece dropping actually isn't that complex, but finding 4 or more connected pieces in any shape or form is going to be 1000x times more difficult than finding completed rows

What happened to your calc?
You should maybe ask in the help section if you can't figure out how to fix it. Did you also check Deep Thought's topic?
