if I were you I would keep archiveundelete in a group in case of RAM clears, and archive/unarchive every so often so you have a backup in the archive to get

Since I got two 83+ series calcs I generally copy my entire game to my TI-Nspire after coding for a while, debug on my Nspire, then copy back on my 83+ when bugs are fixed. This is a major issue when my Nspire batteries are dead, though, since when removing the batteries you get a RAM clear (unlike the TI-83+, the Nspire doesn't keep RAM programs intact when batteries are remove)

That's the reason I have the 84+SE, my friend had Nspire, but it would always RAM clear. This proved to threaten my BASIC development, so I got the purple 84 instead. And then my programs got erased by a goofy ASM program, quite unreliable. Always make archive copies (if there's room).

Wait does your 84+SE ram clear or do you mean the Nspire? I do know my Nspire used to randomly mem clear if I didn't interchanged the keyboards properly, like not waiting long enough after turning the calc off. If you mean your TI-84+SE I hope it's not defect x.x because normally a ram reset should fix it and if it fails, a mem clear. Of course, afterward, you still need to be careful though because if you do something wrong with some ASM programs or if they got bugs, you can get RAM clears

It's my friends Nspire, not to worry. The TI-84 isn't. I know that assembly communicates with the processor, so I'm careful, though I barely use ASM.

OK no screenies for a while because my digital camera isn't working right now and most the stuff I did deals with contrast.

oh ok, phew

As for darkness, i think the only way to fix it is to make sure that when filming, there's no shadow of you or the camera over the calc screen and that the room has enough light (artificial light will do, since most of my videos were recorded at night). The next thing, though, is to make sure the screen isnt too blurry, and that's the main issue I had for a long while until I figured out how to setup my Canon PowerShot A470 so it wont blur anymore with stuff too close

&fmt=18

Keep in mind that if you use a TI-83+Silver Edition it might be even darker, though, because like on a TI-82 or a TI-83 PARCUS, the LCD green is much darker than on a regular 83+ on it

A friend had the same problem. Contact TI to solve at least with my friend it worked...
It is quite common...
