no armor should have an effect on your attack stats (I think it may be a bug I didn't pull out, but like I said)

Yes I agree the stores were sort of confusing to me and when I bought a lower shield it wouldn't change it so the better shield made my stats better.
There are 10 types of people in this world-- those that can read binary, and those that can't.

i thought you told that if you sell a shield that is too expensive for a less expensive shield you get the new shield for free?

not entirely true. Lets say that I have the Leather Jacket, the selling price is 10 on it, the buying prics of the Vest is 15, so the cost of the vest to you is 5. (please note that these are test values and that things will probably change as I start programming in the storyline stuff.

actually, the price is not halved. Also, if the selling price is higher than the buying price, then the item is free for you (you do not make a profit on this).

ok, I may have probably asked this a lot by now, but what would a good ASM Lib be for just archiving/unarchiving things?

if you dont want a garbage collecting/batteries trash fest i would recommend something that actually copy the prgm from archive then run the copy from ram and allow you to delete that copy, thus, I suggest Flash Gordon, Resource or xlib (altough i doubt you will want to waste 16 KB of archive memory just for an archive function)
