If it is for the monochrome calcs and is not TI-Basic, the answer is flat out no, and it's not because the creator of the project hates you. It's TI's fault.
First of all, the include files for the calculators are different. Completely different, which makes the assembled code for the monochromes impossible to run on the CSE and visa versa. Axe gets compiled on calculator, with the same include file as the monochrome assemblers, so Axe programs can't run on the CSE.
Second of all, even if that weren't the case, the LCD drivers on the CSE are too slow to run most monochrome programs, in addition to the resolution being different.
Third of all, there currently is no way to emulate the monochromes on the CSE. Sorry
TI-Basic programs will run (for the most part), but the graphics routines might be off (and will be off most of the time).
