Generally, the Zelda-naming convention tends to go by whatever relic or special item the game focuses around; i.e., Ocarina of Time is focused around a special ocarina, and Majora's Mask focuses on Majora's mask. So if your game features a unique relic that plays a major role in the story, then you could consider using that as your subtitle. The same could also be said for any major characters or other elements of the story -- it's not necessarily restricted to relics.

I wouldn't pick a completely random subtitle, though. You really should develop on your plot ideas a bit more before settling on this.

Well I think he dropped the project, but in case someone would start a new Zelda project (and maybe if Spencer from the (defunct?) Revsoft forums read this) this is a good advice personally to not pick a title until you're set with a story, unless you want a really generic title. For example, Illusiat 13 is called The Lost Chapter. I chosen it since Illusiat 12 was meant to be the last game ever in the series and came out 6.5 years ago, then suddently, I decide to make a new one, so I called it Illusiat 13: The Lost Chapter. However, due to the way the storyline ends, I might change the title to Illusiat 13: The Last Chapter, which might make the title a bit more relevant to the storyline.

Such name wouldn't apply for a Zelda game, though, because Nintendo will most likely release other Zelda games in the future.

It wasn't dropped, when I was thinking of making my timing to begin it was bad, with school and the other projects I already started on and now the Omnimaga contest, I need to get some other work done before I start on this and the exe v.

Sorry for such a long delay on replying, I thought everybody forgot about this. :)

Hmm quite the necropost.  No, I'm quite sure this is quite dead, with no activity for 2 years.
