Hmm sound nice, but you are allowed to submit your website in the link sections as well, I'll just approve them using the mod CP.

well if the link is innappropriate (for example pr0n, roms, warez, mp3, etc) you delete the link from the post and lock the topic, if the link is appropriate (like the one above) move the topic in the spam forum here, not in the link section in case the webmaster wanted comments on his website because in the link section no one can reply to topics.

I highly encourage people to post their links in the website link section as well though
