I'd suggest moving the green area so that the gradient is only behind the heading. It looks a bit out of place in the middle of the body IMHO. It looks great otherwise, though. I like the color scheme

That way the gradient isn't cut off in the bottom edge of the page.
Looks nicer now I think. However for some reasons the submit button is larger than the submit form. It might be best to make them the same size I think.

I run Windows 7 64 Bit and used Opera 11. However in Opera 11 I use Opera Classic theme (that looks like Opera 8 and 9). Could it have something to do with that?
thats true, but I think making the best effort to appeal to all your users is also a good idea
